Infant (up to 12 months)

This interactive workshop includes cooking and sampling dishes for your baby and take home handouts, recipes and food prepared during the workshop. This session is FREE, but families must register with MFC as spaces are limited. FREE childcare is provided, but families must register in order to reserve a spot as spaces are limited.

Explore positive parenting, responding to baby, survival skills & partner support. Infant Massage will be part of each session, so babies are welcome to attend with parents! Four in-person sessions, two weeks of supportive phone consults and an in-person wrap up session! Please contact MFC to register.
