This program is designed for parents who have gone through or are going through a separation or divorce and are struggling to communicate with your past partner or are worried that the separation is affecting your children.
Topics will vary from communicating with your previous partner, avoiding parent traps, managing conflict, creating parenting plans and more!
It is important for parents to attend all 5 sessions. If you can not attend reach out to us and we’ll see how we can support you.
