A weekly group for mothers of infants to connect with one another while learning about & practicing self-care. We rotate through 8 topics each week ranging from physical health to community supports!
Transportation and limited childcare provided for FREE, so contact MFC for information or to register at 306-825-5911.
We welcome a variety of guests for example a Public Health Nurse or Pelvic Health Specialist to share information about topics relevant to new moms!
All of these professionals are excited to answer your questions!
