A weekly group for mothers of infants to connect with one another while learning about & practicing self-care. We rotate through 8 topics each week ranging from physical health to community supports!
Transportation and limited childcare provided for FREE, so contact MFC for information or to register at 306-825-5911.
We welcome a variety of guests to share information about topics relevant to new moms!
On January 8th we’ll have Donna, a Pelvic Floor Specialist, on January 15th we’ll have Public Health joining us and on January 22nd we’ll have Jessica from SHA Mental Health!
All of these professionals are excited to answer your questions!
