Kids Have Stress Too! Parent Education Program

Learn about stress & it’s impact on children, children’s reaction to stress & ways to help children cope with stressful experiences. There will be a variety of realistic strategies to try at home shared at these sessions. These strategies are targeted at parenting children 2-12 years of age.
