A weekly group for mothers of infants to connect with one another while learning about & practicing self-care.
Transportation and limited childcare provided, so contact MFC for information or to register!
Topics vary from physical health, to social supports or definitions & realities of motherhood.
We welcome special guests on occasion as well, everyone from a Pelvic Health Specialist to a Public Health Nurse.
