Mothers First

A weekly group for mothers of infants to connect with one another while learning about & practicing self-care.

We rotate through a different theme each week from Community Supports, Physical Health or Relationships to name a few. We also welcome special guests to present to the moms on occasion, everyone from a Public Health Nurse to a Pelvic Floor Specialist.
