DESCRIPTION:All workshops are held virtually on Zoom. An email address is needed for each participant registering. Positive Solutions is available to child care programs and is now available to parents too! \nPlease note this is a 2 hour session! \nDuring this session you will learn the when & why of teaching social/emotional & problem-solving skills including feeling vocabulary. Learn calming strategies to cope with big feelings & teach self-regulation skills.  \nIdeally families will attend all sessions as the information grows upon each other\, but if you are only able to attend some of the sessions please still reach out to register.
